Hi, I’m Mery Lorenzo, and I’m so happy you’re here.

My journey into mortgages didn’t start with numbers or paperwork. It started with people. I’ve always believed that home ownership can change a family’s future, and I’ve made it my mission to help families build generational wealth through real estate.

I’m also a Real Estate Broker with over 23 years of experience, and that background gives me a full understanding of what it takes to get a buyer from dream to closing. Education has always been important to me as well. I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Florida International University and a Master of Science Degree in Real Estate from Florida International University. This combination of experience and education allows me to guide clients with clarity, strategy, and confidence.

Over the years, I’ve seen firsthand how overwhelming the mortgage process can feel — especially for first-time home buyers and hardworking families who simply want someone trustworthy to guide them step-by-step. That is exactly why I created My Mindful Mortgage.

I wanted to build more than a mortgage company. I wanted to create a calm, supportive experience where clients feel educated and empowered — not confused or pressured. Every client deserves a team that communicates clearly, explains options honestly, and helps them make strong financial decisions for the future.

At the same time, we deeply value relationships with Realtors. Realtors are our main source of referrals, and we take that partnership seriously. My Mindful Mortgage proudly supports Realtors and referral partners. Our role is to protect the relationship, communicate consistently, and help everyone get to the closing table smoothly.

As the Operations Manager of My Mindful Mortgage, I’m involved in every part of the process to make sure each file is handled with care, professionalism, and attention to detail. Whether you are buying your first home, refinancing, investing, or simply exploring your options, I’m here to help you move forward with confidence and peace of mind.
